Q:  Do I need to pay for a Slack membership?
A:  No. Slack is a free to use platform. All you need is username and your own password.

Q:  Is your service complicated to use?
A:  No.  We offer short video tutorials that explain how our services work.  

Q:  Do you post alerts every day?
A:  Our alerts are automated and must meet specific criteria to trigger.  In extremely rare instances, there may be days there are no alerts based on our strict criteria.  

Q:  Where do I find the alerts?
A:  We currently have two (2) dedicated AI alert channels on our Slack platform.  We also have dedicated channels for plays from AC Trader and another channel for our Admins’ plays.  

Q:  How often do you update your watchlist?
A:  WDL’s watchlist is updated daily.  

Q:  Do I need to be an advanced trader to join?
A:  No.  WDL welcomes traders of all experience levels and backgrounds.  

Q:  Do I need a minimum account value to be successful?
A:  We are an educational platform, so we recommend PAPER TRADING account.

Q:  Can I be successful trading part-time?
A:  Yes.  Many of our members have full-time jobs and live in different parts of the world.  They use our reference alerts that fit their schedules.

Q:  When are your alerts active?
A:  Our alerts are active during regular market hours, however crypto alerts run 24/7.  Our community and members are active all day.

Q:  Can I cancel my membership anytime?
A:  Yes.  Absolutely.  The link to cancellation is included in your welcome email. If you can’t find your welcome email, you can contact us or visit our website and log in to WE DRAW LINES member section or simply type the following command in SLACK “WDL CANCEL”

Q:  Do you offer a one-on-one course?
A:  Yes.  we offer a 12-week course where you receive 1 on 1 coaching, once a week via Zoom.  More details are available on our website within the “Coaching” section in the “Services” category. 

Q: Do you also provide alerts for cryptocurrencies?
A: NO, we don't.
